Medical Services

The Women’s Care Center Medical Services Division is dedicated to providing pregnant patients with accurate, up-to-date information and professional, confidential care. We meet each patient where she is and ensure she is fully informed about all of her options, as well as the potential physical and emotional risks associated with each decision she faces.

We offer no cost ultrasounds performed by a certified technician to pregnant patients in decision-making situations. These ultrasounds help determine pregnancy viability and dating.

Appointments are available at the Downtown Erie Pregnancy Resource Office, the Peach Street Pregnancy Resource Office, and the Warren Office. Free early-detection pregnancy tests are available at all Women’s Care Center locations.

We also offer no-cost and confidential STI testing for Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV, and Syphilis, available for both men and women. Testing is offered at the following locations:
